Our Fees

 

The way that we receive payment can come in two different forms:

EITHER

If there is no advice fee involved then we will receive a commission from the lender once your mortgage application has been successful.

 

OR

 

We will charge an advice fee of up to 0.75% of the total loan for most residential mortgages (i.e. up to £750 for a £100,000 loan)

For a specialist mortgage we charge up to 1.5% of the total amount (i.e. up to £1,500 on a £100,000 loan)

 

Any commission paid to us from providers will be refunded.

 

Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.

 

Changes in the exchange rate may increase the sterling equivalent of your debt.

 

Arrangement Fee

 

A sum of £195 payable to MS Wealth Management Ltd on application and is non refundable.
