Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
Changes in the exchange rate may increase the sterling equivalent of your debt.
How do we get paid:-
No advice fee: we will be paid a commission by the lender on successful completion of your mortgage.
OR
The amount of the advice fee will be up to 0.75% of the loan for most residential mortgage, including self-certification loans (i.e. up to £750. for an advance of £100,000).
For more specialist or non standard mortgages, we charge up to 1.5% of the loan (i.e. – up to £1,500. for advance of £100,000).
Any commission paid to us from product providers will be refunded
Arrangement Fee
£195 payable to MS Wealth Management Ltd on application and is non refundable. The Arrangement Fee is non refundable however any advice fee paid in advance would be refunded in the event that the mortgage did not complete.
